Mark Schmitz, DDS
Dr. Mark Schmitz, born and raised in Terre Haute, IN, has returned to the Wabash Valley to practice at Elite Smiles Dental.
A graduate of Terre Haute South High School, Dr. Schmitz found an interest in dentistry at an early age. Experiencing multiple rounds of orthodontic treatment and volunteering at a dental clinic in his youth turned his interest quickly into his passion.
Dr. Schmitz graduated from DePauw UniversityThis link opens a new tab to the Indiana DePauw University website with a bachelor’s Degree in Biology, which led him to pursue his master’s Degree in Biology from Purdue University.
He completed his dental training at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. In between studying, he also found time for love as he was able to meet his wife Claire while in school!
Dr. Schmitz loves the challenge of being a general dentist and is always happy to create specialized plans for his patients.
When he is not at the office, Dr. Schmitz enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies (the funnier, the better!), running, and traveling.
Greg Jennings, DDS
A Terre Haute native, providing dental care to the Wabash Valley for nearly 40 years.
A Terre Haute native, Dr. Greg Jennings has been providing dental care to the Wabash Valley for nearly 40 years. Since 1985, he has been serving patients at Wabash Valley Dental Group and in 2024 decided to merge his practice with Elite Smiles Dental.
Encouraged by his childhood dentist, Dr. Jennings committed to pursuing dentistry for himself during his senior year at Terre Haute North. He then attended Indiana University School of DentistryThis link opens a new tab to the Indiana University School of Dentistry website and earned his Doctor of Dental of Surgery degree in 1985.
His favorite part about being a dentist is helping people in need. Whether they are in pain or need preventative care, sustaining a healthy oral cavity is essential for enjoying life to the fullest. Dr. Jennings has three children: twin daughters, Alexandra and Jordan, and a son, John. In his free time, you’ll often find Dr. Jennings out on the golf course or in the stands at an ISU game!
Krystina Cobb, DDS
A Clinton native happy to serve the Wabash Valley community.
Dr. Cobb is a graduate of South Vermillion High School. Her academic pursuits continued at IU Dental SchoolThis link opens a new tab to the IU Dental School website, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Having an interest in both science and art from a young age, Dr. Cobb found a career in dentistry that combined the two interests perfectly. She enjoys getting to know her patients and hearing about their interests, and she strives to make each of their dental experiences a good one.
